At GrentWatches, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:
30-Day Window
You can request a free full refund or exchange within 30 days after your order has been paid for.
Refund Processing
We process refunds via PayPal. Please provide your PayPal account information for the refund.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Return Shipping Costs

For multiple items: Please return them together to receive free return shipping on all items. If you return each item individually, you may have to pay additional shipping charges.
Return Requirements
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these requirements:
- Contact us via email before confirming your return or exchange
- Items must be intact and without signs of depreciation
- Keep the original packaging in the same condition as when received
- Include all labels, tags, and boxes
- Product must be in its original state with all protective films intact
- Email the original receipt and return tracking number to [email protected]
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your PayPal account. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
Important Notes
FISCAL EMPIRE GLOBAL LIMITED reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with our return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
To avoid returns being rejected, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
